Villa Sapna is a fully serviced holiday home with a dedicated team of staff that includes a villa manager, chef and housekeepers, blending professional training with distinctive Thai hospitality to offer a five-star experience customised to each guest's needs.
- Villa Manager
The villa manager handles all guest requirements, liaising with the chef for meals, and arranging in-villa services including spa treatments and booking transport and excursions.
The skilled villa chef is available to prepare the daily complimentary continental breakfast, plus lunch and dinner from the suggestion menu with emphasis on Thai cuisine, and is happy to discuss any special dining requests or dietary requirements.
The villa’s housekeepers handle daily cleaning and tidying up duties and assist with meal service.
- Pool & Garden
Estate staff keep the villa pool and gardens in pristine condition with regular service.
Estate guards control entry to the estate and keep the villa secure 24 hours a day.
Private dining is a highlight for many guests at Villa Sapna. The villa does have a large and modern kitchen for those who wish to self-cater, though most will be happy to turn the cooking duties over to the skilled chef, who is available to prepare every meal.
Daily continental breakfast is included while for lunch and dinner the villa’s suggestion menu lists a good range of Thai cuisine and some Western dishes. Meals can be tailored to suit guests’ tastes and discussed in advance with the chef and villa manager. Dining at Villa Sapna is an excellent chance to explore Thai cuisine and fresh local favourites such as goong sarong (prawns wrapped in deep fried noodles) or yum neua (spicy grilled beef salad) at your own pace.
The chef oversees the buying of provisions for all meals. Groceries are billed to guests at market price plus a 20% shopping fee and 7% VAT. The villa staff will keep the receipts for reference at the end of stay.
An exceptional holiday escape is in store for families staying at Villa Sapna, with exclusive access to the swimming pool, ample living spaces and entertainment facilities and the freedom to play and relax in complete privacy. Children are sure to delight in the friendly welcome they receive from the staff, while parents wanting to step out without the kids in tow can arrange to hire a babysitter (extra charges apply).
The 20-metre pool is sure to provide hours of fun for guests of all ages, and just a few steps away from the pool is the family room with comfy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, books and board games for those needing a break from the sun.
Dining is a joy for families, too, with the villa’s personal chef pleased to accommodate guest requests to ensure every family member enjoys a satisfying meal, whether the kids are daring enough to try exotic new dishes or prefer to stick with their usual comfort foods. Children who try delicious Thai dishes such as chicken satay or pad thai (fried noodles) will almost certainly grow to love them!
A high chair is provided at the villa and other items such as car seats or baby cots can be hired from reputable local agencies. Just let us know your requirements at the time of your reservation.
Families exploring beyond the villa will find several family friendly beaches around Phuket and plenty of sights to keep everyone entertained. Many of the activities listed on our Things to Do page are suitable for families and the villa manager will have more ideas on tours and excursions that welcome children.
Villa Sapna has its own small gym with elliptical and weight-resistance training equipment, and the bonus of an expansive sea view to enjoy while working out. Phuket also has some skilled personal trainers and yoga teachers who can visit the villa to conduct private sessions, for an additional charge.
And no Thai tropical holiday is complete without a massage or spa treatment – an especially soothing experience when carried out in the privacy and comfort of your villa. Ask the villa manager to bring in a Thai massage therapist or other spa and beauty specialists for an invigorating, restorative treatment in air conditioned comfort in a bedroom or out on the terrace on a poolside sunbed. Below is just a selection of treatments, with more to be found in the villa’s spa menu.
